Everybody needs an Uncle Buck!

Uncle Buck and Aunt Don Don are here from Hawaii for one of their regular Quadra visits. In these photos, Saoirse was watching Sunday football (American) with Uncle Buck. Hurry! We need an Irish uncle here to teach her to watch hurling, Gaelic football, Rugby and Soccer!

Odds and ends.

Here are some odd and ends of different photos over the last month. The one with Wally feeding Saoirse a bottle, is her very first bottle! Full of breast milk and it went well. We are trying to give her one a day now, so that she can take both the breast and the bottle, so far so good! I can just taste the freedom! ha ha ha There are also a couple photos of Saoirse and her friend Miwa from Quadra Island who was born a month earlier. They are finally noticing each other and can see each other! There is a photo of Saoirse's Uncle Eddie, a friend from University who was out here for a visit with his lovely girlfriend. Unfortunately, she didn't show them her best side as she had a bit of a fussy night, oh well! Mostly, she's a happy baby and the best part is that she has been sleeping between 6 and 8 hours a night! Wahoooooo! Note the smiles?! It has been so fun getting the smiles and the gurgles out of her. Can't get enough.
