Does Wallaby have Wally's nose and Sarah's lips?

Maybe we're stretching our imaginations, but its a bit of fun! What do you think?

Our 30.5 week bellies

Wally came down to the river after work to show off his 30.5 week belly too!

Sara Enns with the pregos

Sara Enns came down from Quadra to hang out with the pregos at the river, fun to see her!

Being Prego with Lisa!

My friend Lisa and I have been spending A LOT of time together lately:) Who else understands better than us, how hard it is to tie our own shoes, walk without a waddle and how good it feels to swim at the river!

Wallaby at 31 weeks

Hi Everyone! Well, we had a very exciting day on Friday which was Wallaby's 31 week mark!! We had an ultrasound, something we have to do monthly as a routine protocol because my thyroid hormone was low at the beginning of my pregnancy. Everything is fine, but they have to keep protocol and continue to check in every month. At this point, the ultrasounds are supposed to be all business and just quick appointments that get all the info they need and then out. Well, I just happened to get the nicest, young tech guy that was so into it and I had a great time! He showed me all kinds of things, first off, he showed me Wallaby's little diaphragm and and ribs moving up and down. He said that that was us catching Wallaby practicing breathing! It was so cool to see. The Tech was very happy with that because he said the baby needs to develop those muscles for when it comes out and starts breathing. We also had tons of good times seeing Wallaby's face and then, the tech was putting it into the 3d program and it was amazing!!! It was a window into my womb and I truly got to see what our baby's face looks like!!!! It took my breath away and it was such a treat. The tech spent ages showing me our baby and it seemed he was having as much fun as I was. We saw Wallaby doing the sucking reflex and putting its hands in its mouth and all around its face. The outcome we've come up with is that so far, it has my lips and Wally's nose! What do you think? We were lucky enough to get a photo!!!

29 Weeks already! =7 months!

So, it has been a while...summer has been busy and time is going so fast! We've been on a sailing adventure and a camping/whale watching adventure and hanging with lots of visitors. Of course, we've been working hard too! So, Baby Wallaby is really starting to move around and kick:) Lots of fun and never boring! Wally has seen a few of the movements and felt a couple, but Wallaby has a bad habit of stopping any movement as soon as Wally puts his hand on my belly for some action:) I'm starting to get tired, but still really feeling quite well. We had a really incredible heat wave for nearly 3 weeks, and I had to spend most my time in the river which is luckily only 5 minutes from our house! I will post a bunch of photos...we've been taking them, but I don't have the weeks of each photos, but I'll put them in order:)

Hope this finds everyone having a happy summer!

Love,
Sarah, Wally and Baby Wallaby
